By downloading, installing, or using ARCHV ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
ARCHV is a personal content bookmarking app that lets you save, organize, and revisit content from social media platforms and the web. The app stores URLs and associated metadata locally on your device.
You agree to use ARCHV only for lawful, personal purposes. You will not:
ARCHV saves links to content hosted on third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Reddit, etc.). We do not host, download, or redistribute this content. The app provides a personal bookmarking tool — you are responsible for how you use the links you save.
Third-party content is subject to the respective platform's terms of service and copyright policies. ARCHV does not claim ownership over any content you save or view through the app.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests should be directed to Apple Support.
The free version of ARCHV includes up to 50 saved items and 3 collections. Upgrading to ARCHV Pro removes these limits and unlocks additional features including transcription, AI categorization, and iCloud sync.
ARCHV, its design, code, and branding are owned by ARCHV. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes in accordance with these terms.
ARCHV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that embedded content from third-party platforms will always be available or functional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARCHV and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
